1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hbja ("hbja", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the hbja platform, including the website at hbja.net, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, the sportsbook, the live casino, the slots lobby, and any other products or services offered by hbja from time to time.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
hbja supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the hbja platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳200. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank are subject to the minimum transfer amounts imposed by those institutions. Funds in your hbja account are held in trust and are not used for hbja's operational expenses. Player balances are maintained separately from hbja's operating funds to protect your money in the event of any business disruption.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
hbja offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. You must complete the full wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

7 User Obligations

8 Account Closure & Termination
Players may close their hbja account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, hbja will process the closure within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided the balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500.
hbja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
- Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.

- Chargebacks or reversal of payments made to hbja without prior agreement.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
Where an account is closed by hbja due to a breach of these Terms, hbja reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and any winnings derived from the exploitation of bonuses or from activity that violates these Terms. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after all investigations are complete.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt.
